2024 The Reduction of Retail Spending
In three months from now, we are going to see a shift in spending, Why The Reduction of Retail Spending in the upcoming new year, 2024, why we are seeing The Reduction of Retail Spending also, digital spending.
As this blog is very different from my previous writings in the tech articles, which normally write about, now since we only have about 3 months till we close off the year 2024. If you know what’s been happening I know things are going to change in a very rapid pace. As things are not doing to well economically.
The economy what does this mean for many American consumers?
Currently, As for someone that’s working retail, this is very concerning we’ll have to watch out what’s going on! Within the next coming months, we’ll have to see so many that will have to reduce spending. As far for the holiday season and the aftermath. I am not surprise what will happen after 2024, if people will be responsible consumers or will be mindless consumers waiting for the next new shiny-toy. Something will have to give at some point, things will not be pretty in the foreseeable future or, will people wake-up what’s been happening in the U.S economy while the U.S. is giving money to foreign aid on wars, draining all of the U.S. resources and most American taxpayers have relies what’s been happening.
An Article coming from the Nasdaq
Since the Great Depression, there have been 14 recessions, which are part of the normal economic cycle. Economists keep waffling on whether or not the U.S. is going to head into one in 2024 after fears about a 2023 recession haven’t come to pass yet. Though inflation was at an all-time high recently, of 9.1%, it’s dropped back to 3%, and consumer demand for goods and services, even for big-ticket items like cars and houses, is not slowing down, despite the Federal Reserve hiking up interest rates, according to Kiplinger.
Part of me say, it will happen in 2024 that’s why my sights are clear for a longer depression not a recession.
That’s why I’m not spending much on retail through out the upcoming holiday seasons hits, (As I am writing this blog, the store I work with carry’s Halloween products right now in Michaels.
As a fan of Robert Kiyosaki’s books and his podcast, The Rich Dad Radio show. He’s been very accurate for sometime. No wonder, he’s been one of the forefront people that I’ve been listening, while many people will call him a Doomer, he knows for the most part, we will see a crash happening! in the nearer future. While he doesn’t give financial advice in his show, he does suggest many should be prepare for what’s to come to the real crash – I predict the same, since we both agree and a-line with his views on it.
While many have sound the bell since the Great Recession of 2008, Kiyosaki was one of the first people to sound the alarm a year before while many news outlets have dismissed his warnings. If he’s been right the first time in 2008; we’ll have to look ahead of 2024
My Conclusion
We can not ignore the warning signs on what’s ahead of us! – If you are not prepared financially now then you are not prepared for next year. Now and then, I am cutting a lot of unnecessary spending on things I do not need. The electronic will be for PC upgrades and maintenance and the basics for what I need is necessary.
