Today’s article, I’ll be going over, How to Set-up Botrix on Kick.
I haven’t made any streaming plans to KICK, as I have talked about in my last article, how I am switching over to KICK. In this article I’m going through details on how to set up it up in just minutes.
Why BotRix?
- Cloud based Chat Bot,
- Alerts
- Widgets
- Discord and Twitter Notifications
- It is also supported up to 15 different languages.
BotRix is Cloud based Chat Bot, just like Nightbot when I’ve used it on Twitch for many years back.
The set-up is very similar to Nightbot set-up, what I like about BotRix Chatbot it is very easy. In this step, we’ll set it up on OBS Studio.
- Once you sign up for an account Botrix, what you want to do is go over to profile then connect any of your other streaming profile like Twitch, Trovo, YouTube or Discord.
- Next, what you wanted to do is go over to Alerts Tab. This process is just like if you where setting-up or this up over at Streamlabs or, via Stream-Elements, which should be familiar.
- On Alerts what you want to do is copy the Widget URL onto your streaming software, (For this example I’m using OBS Studios)
- On OBS Studios you want to go over and click on the plus sign on source.
- then click where it said browser and paste the widget URL for all your alerts source.
- That’s it! That’s the basics of how to set up streams notifications whenever you get a new follower, subscriber, tips, raids or gifts!
Wolah! There you have it!
Whenever someone clicks on the banner panel on Kick it should look like this

Absolutely riveting, Leon!
I’ve been deep into the Twitch streaming universe for quite some time, and it’s so refreshing to see quality content that bridges the gap between various platforms like Kick and Twitch. Botrix seems like a game-changer for us streamers! Its cloud-based capabilities remind me of the good old days with Nightbot on Twitch. The ease of set-up, especially with the integration to OBS Studio, is a lifesaver for many who want to kick-start their livestream journey across multiple platforms. The Alerts and Widgets feature is reminiscent of the packages offered by Stream-Elements, adding a touch of familiarity to the mix.
Your detailed walkthrough is an essential guide for anyone diving into gaming streams, be it on Twitch, Kick or even YouTube. Thanks for shedding light on this. Looking forward to more insights on enhancing our streaming experiences!
